All of our classes are developed to progress our members technically and physically. At our facility,we have equipment suitable for all ages with the aim of developing movement, coordination, and skills.
Kids Boxing
Our boxing sessions are designed to enhance boxing techniques while delivering an enjoyable and invigorating workout. Led by our award-winning coaching team, each session is tailored to offer members the chance to grasp the fundamentals of boxing, covering aspects such as proper punching, combinations, pad work, movement, and self-defense techniques. Our classes incorporate engaging games and activities to foster a conducive learning environment and encourage healthy competition, all while acquiring valuable skills in this exciting sport.
Youth Sparring
Our youth sparring classes, tailored for individuals aged 8 and above, provide a platform for young people to hone their boxing skills within a supportive and friendly competitive setting. All sparring sessions are closely supervised by our dedicated coaching team, ensuring a safe and disciplined environment that encourages both skill development and sportsmanship.
Sparring runs every Saturday at 10am.
Adults Boxing
Our adult boxing sessions are specifically aimed to promote fitness in a fun and exciting way using the sport of boxing as a way out of the monotonous days of treadmilling and long stints on the cross trainer. Each session is designed to offer members the chance to grasp the fundamentals of boxing, covering aspects such as proper punching, combinations, pad work, movement, and self-defense techniques, alongside getting a great workout.
Adults Weights
This session is designed to both educate and showcase the benefits of resistance training for adults. Explore the fundamentals of lifting safely in a dynamic and friendly environment, utilising a range of equipment such as weight bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, and other resistance training tools. Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced individual, this session is suitable for all fitness levels, providing a comprehensive and enjoyable approach to resistance training.
Adults Fitness
Our adult fitness sessions are designed to offer members a diverse array of exercise styles. From invigorating HIIT sessions and Tabata routines to enhancing overall fitness through circuit training and boot camp-style workouts, each session brings a unique blend of exercises. The variety ensures that every session is distinct, keeping you motivated and fully engaged.
Adults Core
Our core classes are a low-impact way to effectively enhance core strength and will be suitable for anyone who wants to work our in a slower-paced environment.
The Lock-in
Bringing the gym and your night out to the same place! Join us for our Friday night lock-in. We turn the lights down and the music up, with resident DJ Pete Allen on the decks! You’re guaranteed a great night and an even better workout!
